What materials do you design with? TOP

I strive to create a beautiful product that will not only give you compliments, but will be sturdy enough to withstand life, therefore each piece of jewelry is designed with the finest materials. My designs include artisan lampwork beads, sterling silver*, Bali silver, Swarovski crystals, and freshwater pearls.

Please keep in mind that lampwork beads are glass and should be handled with care; dropping your jewelry could damage the beads.  Also, something to keep in mind: all glass beads are unique and some colors may vary - for example, grey, lavender, pinks, blues, etc. all may vary in the finished product as far as the color but that is what is so unique about each handmade glass bead.

*the price of silver is extremely high right now, therefore, you will notice a slight increase in the cost for new designs.

What size are the pieces? TOP

All of the bracelets, for the most part, measure approximately 8 inches.  This fits a standard size wrist (~ 6-1/2 inches).  If you need anything adjusted, up or down, please leave a message when you check out indicating what size you would like.  Please be aware, however, that resizing could alter the design somewhat.

Earrings and necklaces should already have the length in the description.  However, there may be an occasion where I forget to list it - just contact me and I will let you know!

Can I order matching Earrings or a Pendant? TOP

If you are interested in a bracelet and want to know if Earrings or a Pendant can be made to match, please contact me!  Occasionally I have some leftover beads that would go perfectly with a bracelet and I will be more than happy to whip up something delightful for you!!

What does OOAK and MTO mean? TOP

OOAK (one-of-a-kind) is just that ~ the piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be duplicated.  If something is OOAK, I will tell you in the listing (usually in the title).

MTO (made-to-order) means that the components may not be in stock and will, therefore, be made-to-order.  In this instance, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Do you accept Custom Orders? TOP

Absolutely!!  Nothing is better than wearing a piece of jewelry that has been customized for you!

I love working on custom orders - especially when we collaborate together to design something just for you!  Contact me if you are interested in a custom piece of jewelry.  A 50% deposit is required for custom orders and the remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment can take place.  Keep in mind that custom orders will take about two weeks to design, make and deliver - but, I promise you it will be worth the wait!

If you see something in my Sold Gallery that you just HAVE to have (!!), please contact me to see if it can be recreated.  Just keep in mind that lampwork beads are created one at a time and therefore colors may vary - for example, grey, lavender, pinks, blues, etc. all may vary in the finished product as far as the color but that is what is so unique about each handmade glass bead!

Returns on custom orders are not accepted because the jewelry was made specifically for you and pictures were sent for your approval prior to shipping.  Please see my Returns/Exchanges policy for more information.

Do you offer LayAway? TOP

We sure do!  Here's how it works:  email us what you'd like to place on RESERVE.  We'll work out a payment schedule that won't cramp your style and once the final payment is made, we'll ship you your goodies!

I have my own beads ~ can you create with them? TOP

If you like to collect beads, but aren't sure where to begin with the design process, contact me to discuss having me create something with them!

Charges are based on time and material, and unfortunately, cannot be decided ahead of time. Whether they are your beads or mine, every design is thoughtfully created using the best materials and lots of love.

What type of payment do you accept? TOP

Currently I only accept PayPal.  You do not need an account with them in order to check-out.  PayPal is a secure website specializing in online transactions.

How do you ship and what is the cost? TOP

I ship priority mail via USPS for $5 and that includes delivery confirmation.

IMPORTANT: If you live outside of the US the cost for shipping will increase depending on your location. Before you check out, please contact me so that I can calculate the new shipping cost and adjust the listing.  If you check out ahead of time, I will have to invoice you via PayPal for the difference.  The item will be shipped upon receipt of additional postage.

Returns and Exchanges TOP

If you are not satisfied, for any reason (except custom orders*), you may return your item for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 7 days of receipt, as long as they are in their original condition and unworn.  If you return it after that, in their original condition, a credit will be issued for use at JoeyandChase Designs.

*If you requested a custom order, please be aware that custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable.  The jewelry has been customized per your specifications and a picture was sent for your approval.

If something breaks (i.e., clasp or dangle), gets damaged en route to you**, and/or you get it and it is too big/small, I will gladly fix it for you free of charge; just mail it back to me (you pay shipping).

**In the unfortunate event that your jewelery is damaged during shipping, please let me know WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT and I will replace it for free (mail it back to me at your expense). Anything after 24 hours, please contact me to discuss.
